a small piece to the puzzle that is Anti-Social Lawnmower

I know it has been a bit, but I am going to try and post a little more often. My creative wheels have been turning a lot more slowly lately, but they are turning. I am still working on the ACC video. I did a 5 minute video for my own purposes. ( I applied to be a contestant on Deal Or No Deal. I sent it in last month just before the deadline, so we will see what happens. Probably nothing, but I had fun putting it together).

I am also creating a drawing for one of my idols. I won't say who because I don't want to embarass myself. Basically I am doing it on a whim and I will send it to him when I am done. When I originally conceived of doing this 10 years ago as a short comic book story. Now it is just an illustration since that is all I have time for. I have been working on it probably since last October, but i am in the inking stages and trying to put in 15 minutes a day on it until I am done. Maybe I will post a copy online when I am done, but right now I don't feel so inclined. I did come up with a cover concept for ASL that I am fairly happy with, so when the time comes I can slap it together with my usual aplomb.

I went to see the latest installment of Pirates of the Carribean last night and it was a lot of fun, if maybe about 1/2 hour too long. Also it doesn't really resolve itself, setting up next year's sequel which was shot at the same time as this one was. Worth a look, though I didn't feel it had quite the same charm as the first installment. I was genuinely shocked at the ending, and that is all I will say about that for now. I don't want spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet which is most everyone since it doesn't open until Friday!

peace out peeps,
