I hope everyone can have a wonderful holiday this week! Things have been really hectic here at the Arthur house the last few weeks so I haven't updated in a while. Work is really starting to ramp up with business. I dream about iPods. That is how bad it has become...

Wake me on Christmas morning!

This morning as I waited for my manager to show up at the store, I jotted down a quick outline of how I want to lay out the book. This is an important first step for me in organizing my thoughts and creating a checklist of things that need to get done before I am ready to send Anti-Social Lawnmower to the printer.

I hope I don't get too cold at the game this weekend. Wish me luck!

Talk to you all soon!

As I continue to wash down the bitter taste of Tuesday's election with what's left of my pre-mixed unsweeted ice-tea, I can't help but think back to headier times...like last week's Red Sox World Series victory! I am still aglow over that one! I didn't realize that the Usual Gang of Idiots from Mad Magazine could play ball, but apparently they could! Even 4 more years of Bush can't make me lose this feeling of euphoria. I am glad that it is something that I can share with my Dad (who voted for Bush and is diametrically my political opposite).

I have extremely deficient with my drawing. Things have gotten really busy and Curling season has just begun again. I am just going to be joining the Wednesday night league this year (though it seems like half of my games will be played on a Friday!) With the season also comes the beginning of my big video project. I am creating a documentary of this season since it is the club's 50th Anniversary. I have already begun to shoot some footage. We'll see how it turns out.

This weekend i am traveling out to Buffalo for the Bills vs. Jets football game. Emily and I are going with a group of friends and it looks to be a gret time. I always enjoy going back to the city where I spent 14 years of my life after high school. Great city, great people, and of course, great food! We are planning on meeting up at Duff's for wings on Saturday night and I can't wait! I just have to remember that Medium is Hot!

Duty now, spuds,

Along about 2am last night, my depression began to sink in. How can the American people be such idiots and sheep blindly following a moron who can't decide which religion to choose and was doing drugs and drinking while John Kerry was out in the jungles of Nam fighting...and yet he is somehow more fit to lead the country in a time of war?? Makes no sense to me. Giving the waning civil rights during the Bush administration and the seeming shoving of a pig-headed doctrine down our throats, I found it quite ironic that the color chosen to represent Bush on the Big Board was Red. I really thought it would be closer. This country is so deeply divided i don't know that we will ever heal. If we do it will take a long time and a different President that is for sure!

4 more years of lies and deception. 4 more years of budget busting. 4 more years of dead soldiers in Iraq who don't need to be dead.
