Was cleaning out old files and came across this gem. This was actually the very last Dougside cartoon published in Nightlife Magazine waaaaaay back in October of 1998. I gave up mainly because my creative output was at a trickle and my "weekly" strip was more like "monthly". I figured i would take a bit of time off and then go back to it, but I never did. I wound up going back to school at the age of 32 and then I got re-married, bought a house and had a kid. That equals...no time. I have drawn probably about 15-20 new cartoons since this time. Maybe a couple of them are any good, someday i will share...if i ever get my book done!
Someday I will just surprise you!
